The Palumbo Mnemba View Resort is a 4* superior hotel located in Matemwe (Zanzibar), directly on the beach
overlooking the island of Mnemba, 45km from Stone Town and its airport.
The resort is spread over a large 17-hectare property with 400 meters of seafront.

A fine white sand beach, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, with a reserved area to guarantee guests’ tranquility.

Rooms

The rooms, surrounded by tropical gardens, are furnished in Zanzibar style and are equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe and balcony or terrace. Mini fridge available on request for a fee.

Standard rooms

20 m², furnished in Zanzibar style. Comfortable for double occupancy, but can accommodate a third bed if necessary. They have a terrace or balcony.

Garden Villa

20 m², furnished in colonial style. They are comfortable for double occupancy and can have 1 king size bed or 2 single beds. They have a private terrace overlooking the lush garden, with a built-in sofa covered with Zanzibar-inspired cushions. Also available with sea view.

Deluxe Villa

26 m², furnished in colonial style. They are comfortable for triple occupancy and have 1 king size bed (or 2 single beds) and a single bed. They have a private terrace overlooking the lush garden, with a built-in sofa covered with Zanzibar-inspired cushions. Also available with sea view with direct access to the beach.

Suite

60 m², furnished in colonial style. They are comfortable for quadruple occupancy and consist of two separate rooms with two bathrooms. They have 1 king size bed and single beds, mini fridge, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The suites, discreetly isolated from the rest of the resort for maximum privacy, are located beachfront or poolside and have 2 private terraces. They are all sea view and with direct access to the beach.

Restaurants And Bars

A main buffet restaurant (à la carte in case of low occupancy) and one à la carte restaurant, on the beach with fish specialties. 3 bars available, been one on the beach, one in the pool and one in the main area of the Resort

Services

2 swimming pools, both with a large shallow area suitable for children, surrounded by palm trees that provide shaded areas, equipped with sunbeds. The beach towels are available. Relaxing area, TV room, billiard and free wi-fi in common areas. For a fee: exchange office, medical service, souvenir shop, laundry and beauty centre with massages. An international entertainment staff organizes a light sports and entertainment program during the day and evening shows with local artists.
